The Capital spiritual civilization construction committee awarded CEC with the "Capital Civilization Unit" title.

In recent years, CEC has always been attached great importance to create the capital civilization unit, while to do a good job of production and operation, we are actively paying special attention also on creating civilization work, with the overall coordination, we always keep incorporated into the daily management system, always combined civilization unit creation activities closely with the production and business operation activities, both activities promote each other, make material civilization and spiritual civilization synchronous progress. Especially since 2013, when the communist party organization of CREC and Beijing city begin the "double control", CEC deeply involved in each work, last year officially applied for the Capital Civilization Unit, smoothly through the acceptance inspection of municipal SASAC inspection group, in August this year has finally won the title.

By the creating activities, CEC has achieved fruitful results in morality, scientific management, work performance, cultural construction. The "Capital Civilization Unit" title will help CEC’s comprehensive development to the higher level.
